Instructions

Step 1
Chop onion, broccoli and carrots
Step 2
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, drizzle with oil and set aside
Step 3
While pasta is cooking, prepare sauce. Combine all ingredients (broth, peanut butter, sesame oil, soya sauce, vinegar, garlic and crushed red peppers) and mix well
Step 4
Bring to a boil
Step 5
Reduce the heat and simmer with veggies until tender crisp and sauce is bubbly and thick
Step 6
Optional: add cooked and diced chicken or pork
Step 7
Combine and serve
