Step 1
Make the dough in your usual way. Wrap it plastic and chill.
Step 2
Dice the everything into ¼ inch pieces. Add the salt and plenty of pepper and mix.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll out into circles. Divide the filling on to each circle. Moisten the edge of each circle with water and bring up the sides and pinch together any way feel like sealing them.
Step 4
Bake in the middle level of a 425° F. oven for 12-15 minutes then drop the temperature down to 350° F. and continue baking for another 45 minutes. It should take an hour for the pasties to bake but make sure they don't get too browned. they should be golden brown.
Step 5
Serve them hot, warm, or cold. These can be reheated.
