Found this on Google Gourmet seafood cassolette Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter 1 medium shallot, finely diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/2 pound scallops 1/2 pound white fish fillet, cubed 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup seafood stock 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper Salt and black pepper to taste 1/2 cup grated Gruyère cheese 1/4 cup breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish) Directions:

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add shallots and cook until soft, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and mushrooms, cooking for another 2 minutes.

Stir in the shrimp, scallops, and white fish. Cook for 3-4 minutes until just opaque.

Pour in the seafood stock and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Transfer the mixture into small oven-safe ramekins or a casserole dish. Top with grated Gruyère cheese and breadcrumbs.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
