Step 1
Get the dough ready:
Combine the yeast, sugar, and warm water in a basin. Let it sit until foamy, 5 to 10 minutes. Knead for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth after adding the flour, salt, and olive oil. Place a moist cloth over it and let it to rise for one hour, or until it has doubled.
Step 2
Create the Sauce:
In a bowl, combine tomato sauce, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Put the pizza together:
Set the oven temperature to 475°F (245°C). On a surface dusted with flour, roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle. Move to a baking tray or pizza stone. Evenly distribute the sauce, then sprinkle the Parmesan and mozzarella over top. To make the crust crisp, brush the edges with olive oil.

Bake till perfect:
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden. Add fresh basil as a garnish (optional).
