Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine all of the cookie ingredients together and stir until well combined.
Step 2
Roll the douhj into a big sausage roll and wrap in Plastic wrap, place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180c and line baling trays.
Step 4
Cut the cookies about 1 cm think. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack and enjoy.
