Step 1
To make meatballs, mix ground chicken, 1/3 cup soy sauce, panko, egg, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and green onion. Portion into approximately tablespoon sized meatballs and add to a lined baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 18-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°.
Step 2
To make sauce, combine 1/3 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, Sriracha, and minced garlic over medium high heat.
Step 3
Make a cornstarch slurry and add to sauce to thicken. Bring to low boil and toss meatballs to coat.
Step 4
Serve over rice with broccoli or other veg of choice.
