Step 1
Begin by chopping up a handful of chives and green onions.

Turn pan on medium heat and drizzle oil.
Step 3
Add 80g of minced pork. Mash with a spatula. Then add 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic, 1 Tbsp Korean chili flakes, 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce and 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce.
Step 4
Then add 40ml or a scoop of water and let the meat simmer on low heat. Turn off heat after 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
In boiling water, add udon noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Take out and rinse under cold water lightly.
Step 6
In a bowl, splash 1/2 Tbsp of vinegar and soy sauce. Then add your cooked udon noodles. Finally, start adding the meat, chives, green onions, 1/4 Tbsp minced garlic, sesame seeds, roasted seaweed and an egg yolk.

Mix before digging in!
