Jjajang Tteokbokki aka. Tteokbokki with black bean sauce is one of my favorite Tteokbokki dishes. I love using the Instant Black Bean Sauce noodles (Chapaghetti) to create the easy version of Jjajang Tteokbokki!

Instructions
Step 1
1) Let sit the tteokbokki rice cake in water 10 minutes if they're coming straight from the freezer. Slice fish cake sheets in strips and boil eggs to your liking.
Step 2
2) In a bowl mix gochujang, gochugaru and sugar.
Step 3
3) Bring water to a boil over medium heat. Add rice cakes and the sauce from 2). Add fishcakes.
Step 4
4) Add the chapaghetti flakes and powder. Stir well and add the noodles. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
5) Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy with eggs 🥰
