Beefsteak salad

This is an easy and fast salad to make, with only a few ingredients needed.
Let's start by preparing the steak. Season it with salt—a little bit, because coarse salt goes on when it's done—or you can cook it by seasoning only with pepper and garlic powder, as you like. I like to cook it medium-rare, usually on a charcoal grill.
After the steak is done, let it rest for 5 minutes in tin foil with a bit of butter.
While the steak rests, you can prepare the plate by putting arugula on the bottom; slice the tomato and put it on top of the arugula.
After the steak is done resting, slice it into thin, bite-sized strips, put it on top of the arugula and tomato, season it with coarse salt to taste, add Grana Padano cheese slices or flakes, and lastly, add aceto balsamico crema with a little olive oil.
