Instructions
Step 1
Optional: The original recipe does not call for meat, but I like to add cooked chicken.
Step 2
Fill a large pot halfway with water. Place it on the stove over high heat. Boil for pasta.
Step 3
Whisk together butter, milk, cornstarch, and salt in a small pot over medium heat (keep a bit of milk back to mix with the cornstarch before adding it to the pot). Cook until thickened. Stir constantly.




Step 4
Grate the cheese and add in along with the eggs. Whisk until smooth.


Step 5
Once the water has boiled add in the pasta. Once the pasta is almost cooked, toss in the broccoli. Drain and return to pot. Pour sauce on top and mix thoroughly.
