Instructions
Step 1
Combine cheesecake ingredients and pour into ready pie crust
Step 2
Bake on 350 for 45 minutes. (Or 325 in a convection oven)
Step 3
Let cake cool for a few minutes in closed oven. Then prop the door slightly ajar (with a wooden spoon) and let it cool for another 1-2 hours
Step 4
Once cake is cooled, combine topping ingredients and pour over cake.
Step 5
Top with fresh fruit. If freezing, add fresh fruit once defrosted.
