Instructions
Step 1
Chop up carrots onion potato and celery into roughly 1inch pieces or roughly the size of your thumb to first knuckle






Step 2
Dice up mushroom and garlic


Step 3
Heat up pot to medium high heat. Once warm add meat, raw veggies, broth and or water Make sure there is enough liquid to be above food








Step 4
Stir occasionally every 30-45 minutes
Step 5
Once potatoes and carrots are tender add tomato paste, thyme, mushroom, and garlic. Salt and pepper broth to taste
Thyme can be left on the stick






Step 6
Let cool down and can be served with rice
