Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli over Rice

Easy to adjust with items you have on hand. Can be adapted to a slow cooker on high for about 4-5 hours. Or use a pressure cooker (insta-pot, pampered chef quick cooker, power cooker, etc) on high pressure 15 minutes.

Step 1
combine meat, soups, Dash (Mrs. Dash), thyme, .5 c water and vegetables in pressure cooker. (Broccoli can be steamed in the microwave or stove if you prefer or if it overfills your pressure cooker).
Step 2
If you have a ceramic to this add rice, 2 cups water, and salt. Cover. Set on stand above chicken and vegetables. If you do not have an insert, prepare rice according to package on stove or in microwave.
Step 3
Pressure cook on high 15 minutes for thawed chicken or 25 minutes for frozen. Or put in a slow cooker on high for 4-5 hours.
Step 4
Shred chicken and serve over rice.
