Instructions

Step 1
2 hours before cooking, set out cream cheese, eggs, and sour cream.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 375 if dark springboard pan.
Step 3
Grease 10 inch pan
Step 4
Add 1 block cream cheese to a large bowl. Beat until.smooth.
Step 5
Repeat step 4 for remaining blocks of cream cheese.
Step 6
Add 1 egg and beat until blended.
Step 7
Repeat step 6 with remaining eggs.
Step 8
Add remaining ingredients 1 at a time and blend each one until smooth.
Step 9
Once all ingredients have been blended, beat the mixture for an additional 7 minutes.
Step 10
Pour batter in the greased springform pan.
Step 11
Place.springform pan in water bath and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Step 12
Reduce heat to 375 and bake 40-55 minutes.
Step 13
Turn off heat and let cheesecake sit in oven for 1 hour with the door open.
