Instructions
Step 1
Pour elbow noodles into a 14" skillet (3-4" deep). Add water to cover noodles by 1 inch. Sprinkle 1/2tsp Salt. Heat on medium heat until boiling, then lower to medium heat. Cook, stirring, until pasta is al dente. Do not drain.
Step 2
Add butter and evaporated milk. Return to boiling.
Step 3
Add Salt, pepper and shredded cheese. Fold and stir continuously until creamy. Do not over cook. Turn off heat.
Step 4
Add Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy.
