Hawaiian BBQ chicken flatbread pizza is a delicious, easy to make meal made by spreading BBQ sauce onto flatbread and baking it with cooked chicken, pineapple, red onion and cheese until crispy.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400°
Step 2
Spread the olive oil on top of the flatbread and place it onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Place the baking dish into the center rack of the oven for 5 minutes or until it slightly crisps up.
Step 3
Spread 1/4 cup BBQ onto the surface of the flatbread.
Step 4
Sprinkle the 1 Cup Colby Jack cheese onto the BBQ sauce.
Step 5
In a small bowl, toss the cubed chicken in with the salt, pepper and garlic powder. Evenly distribute the chicken on top of the shredded cheese.
Step 6
Sprinkle 1/4 Cup of the cheese onto top of the chicken.
Step 7
Evenly distribute the sliced red onion onto top of the chicken and cheese.
Step 8
Spread the pineapple chunks out on top.
Step 9
Drizzle the top with the rest of the BBQ sauce and place it onto the center rack of the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Step 10
Sprinkle with the green onions. Serve warm and enjoy.
