Instructions

Preparing Pizza

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210-degree Celsius fan forced.
Step 2
Use 1 1/2 Tbs of peri peri sauce on the base of each pizza. Spread evenly.
Step 3
Place the sliced chicken in a bowl. Add any remaining hot sauce to the chicken and mix until combined. Reserve.
Step 4
Add a small amount of onion to the base of the pizzas.
Step 5
Place 5 -6 spinach leaves and cherry tomatoes on each pizza.
Step 6
Add 2 Tbs of grated cheese on top of the spinach.
Step 7
Place the chicken strips on the pizzas. Each pizza should have about 6 strips.
Step 8
Evenly distribute any remaining cheese over the pizza.
Step 9
Bake for 15 minutes.
