Avocado Salad w/ Carrot -Ginger Dressing

If you've ever had a green salad at a Japanese restaurant, the greens themselves are not generally too impressive.. but that carrot ginger dressing? Wow! Well, here it is, recreated for you to enjoy on your salads at home. You can do better than the iceberg lettuce. Pear with varieties like Boston, mizuna, purslane, and romaine. Arugula is especially delicious with this dressing.
