Ingredients
2 servings

1 ½ Tbsptoasted sesame oil

1 Tbsptoasted white sesame seeds

½ tspchicken bouillon powder
chinese-style, or other types of bouillon powder

¼ tspsalt
fine sea salt

¼ tspgarlic paste
or grated garlic, but reduce the amount a bit

¼ tspground black pepper

100ggreen cabbage
soft variety like spring, sweetheart cabbage or similar

chili threads
optional, to garnish
Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, mix toasted sesame oil, toasted white sesame seeds, Chinese-style chicken bouillon powder, salt, garlic paste, and ground black pepper.
Step 2
Wash green cabbage and cut into rough pieces.
Step 3
Add cabbage to the bowl and rub the seasoning thoroughly over the leaves until evenly distributed. (Consider wearing gloves if you have sensitive skin or hand cuts.)
Step 4
Transfer to a serving dish and top with chili threads if desired.
