Ingredients

Gelatin sheets (about 3-4 sheets for 500 ml liquid)
Fresh lemon juice (squeezed) – about 2-3 tablespoons
Collagen powder – 1-2 scoops (5-10 grams)
Peaches (fresh or canned), or other fruit (berries, mango, etc.) – chopped
Water – about 400 ml (adjust depending on how much juice you want)
Instructions
Step 1
Soften gelatin sheets:
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5-10 minutes until they become soft.
Step 2
Prepare liquid:
Heat about 300 ml of water (not boiling, just hot) in a pot. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Dissolve gelatin:
Squeeze excess water from gelatin sheets and add them into the hot water. Stir gently until fully dissolved.
Step 4
Add lemon juice and collagen:
Add your squeezed lemon juice and collagen powder to the warm mixture. Stir well.
Step 5
Sweeten if needed:
Taste your mixture and add sweetener if desired. Mix until dissolved.
Step 6
Add cold water:
Add remaining cold water to cool down the mixture slightly.
Step 7
Add fruit:
Place chopped peaches or other fruit at the bottom of your mold or serving glasses.
Step 8
Pour gelatin mix:
Pour the liquid gelatin mixture over the fruit.
Step 9
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Tips: Do not boil the gelatin mixture after adding gelatin or collagen — heat too high can break down gelatin’s setting properties. Use fresh fruits that don’t release too much water, so the jello sets well. Lemon juice adds a nice tart flavor and Vitamin C which helps collagen absorption! You can experiment with other fruits like strawberries, blueberries, or kiwi. Collagen powder will boost the protein and skin benefits without altering the taste much.
