Preheat your oven to 350

Whisk together the flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, and salt.

In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, beat the butter until fluffy.

Form your dough into 1 inch balls and roll in the cinnamon sugar before placing it onto your baking sheet
