Instructions
Step 1

In a medium size bowl add the drained tuna, the egg, crumble in the bread and season with salt, pepper, msg and garlic powder. Mix and crush it all with a spatula until you get a homogeneous mix.

Step 2

Mix in the parsley, split the mix in two equal parts and make two balls with your hands. Put them to the side.

Step 3

Add the butter to a non stick frying pan and toast the inside of the burger buns in it.

Step 4

Add the canola oil to the pan, then add the meat balls, with a spatula flatten them and tidy the sides to give them a burger shape.

Step 5

While they cook, mix the mayo and the sriracha and spread on the inside of the lower side of the buns.

Step 6

Flip them carefully when golden (about 5 minutes). Then cook them on the either side for another 5 minutes

Step 7

Once burgers are golden on both sides, put on the bun with the sriracha mayo, add the sliced tomatoes, the lettuce, dress them with a swirl of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt, then cover with the seeded top of the bun and serve.
