Instructions

Step 1
180 c 160c fan bake 15- 20 mins
Step 2
Cream the butter and sugar until light. Add egg and golden syrup and beat well
Step 3
Soft the flour, baking powder and salt, add to the cream mixture along with bran. Muc until a soft ball forms
Step 4
Form into a log and chill for 30 minutes. Cut into round once firm up.
