Instructions

Step 1
Add 1 of the flour to first mixture and beat well. Add yeast and gradually add 2-3 cups more flour. Knead 5-10 min. Let rise in oiled bowl 10 min, punch down (repeat 5 times)
Step 2
Roll into oblong then roll into a log
Step 3
Brush with egg white and 1 tbsp Water slightly beaten.
Step 4
Let rise about 45 min to 1 hour.
Step 5
Brush again w/egg
Step 6
Bake 10 min at 400* then 30 min at 350*
