Step 1
Mix all ingredients except the pork in the bowl of the Slow Cooker
Step 2
Place roast (cut into two pieces) into slow cooker, roll in seasonings until well coated. Place fat side up.
Step 3
Cook on Low for 8 hrs (or High for 4)
Step 4
Shred pork and serve
