Instructions
Roast chicken
Step 1
Adjust oven racks to top and middle positions and preheat oven to 425
Step 2
Pat chicken dry and season all over with salt and pepper; place on baking sheet
Step 3
Brush tops of chicken with .5 tbsp of dressing each. Sprinkle with cheese; crush onions and sprinkle over cheese, pressing to adhere.
Roast for 5 minutes.
Roast green beans
Step 4
Meanwhile, wash and dry produce. Trim green beans
Step 5
Toss beans with oil, salt, and pepper (garlic powder optional). Place on second baking tray and place on top rack after chicken has roasted for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Roast until beans are tender and chicken is browned and cooked through, 12-15 minutes more.
Finish and serve
Step 7
Toss beans with 2 tbps butter until melted, season more if necessary.
Step 8
Divide chicken and green beans between plates. Serve with remaining dressing on the side.
