It’s called Crazy Pie because you put the fruit on top, and it sinks to the bottom. My grandma Mouritsen (Sharlene) had this as a child.

Instructions

Step 1
Turn on oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter in a 9x13 pan.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix together milk, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Step 3
When butter is melted, pour flour mixture over the butter. Do not mix.
Step 4
Put fruit and some juice on top of the batter. Do not mix. Bake 25-30 min
Step 5
If desired, serve with vanilla ice cream
