Instructions

Step 1
Pat the wings completely dry using kitchen paper. This step is key to getting them crispy!
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the baking powder, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and pepper. Toss the wings in the mixture until evenly coated.

Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
Step 4
Place the wings in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed).
Step 5
Air fry for 20 minutes, turning halfway, until golden, crispy, and cooked through. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Step 6
While the wings cook, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the hot sauce, honey, and vinegar until smooth. Set aside.
Step 7
Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a clean bowl. Pour over the Buffalo sauce and toss to coat.
Step 8
Serve immediately with celery sticks and a pot of ranch or blue cheese dip.
