Instructions
Step 1
Juice or slice the orange and lemons (sliced will have more of a bitter aftertaste).



Step 2

Add all ingredients to a large saucepan (slices or the juices from the lemons and oranges) and set at a high heat. Bring to the boil, and stir for 15 minutes.







Step 3

Remove from the heat and cool. Once cool, strain the syrup over a mesh sieve or strainer, and push the fruit down to gather all of the juice.


Step 4

Fill a glass with ice, and pour over a small amount of syrup, and top with sparkling or still water. Add more or less syrup to your taste! Keep the syrup in the fridge for up to a week.
