Step 1
In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add hibiscus flowers. Allow it to seep for 7-8 minutes.
Step 3
Using a fine mesh strainer fitted over a large measuring cup or bowl, strain the hibiscus liquid so the flowers are removed.
Step 4
Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Allow mixture to cool for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Fill a pitcher with ice. Pour the hibiscus mixture over the ice so the ice melts a bit.
Step 6
Stir and adjust sweetness if necessary. This will vary based on pitcher size. Add cold water to dilute if needed.
Step 7
To serve, fill glasses with ice, fill with agua de jamaica and garnish with frozen lime slices and frozen raspberries.
