The lard is heated and the salt and sugar are added to it. Then it is poured into the bowl with the flour. Then white wine is added at room temperature. The dough is kneaded into a ball. It is divided into 2 or 3 smaller balls and a half-centimeter crust is rolled out from the dough. The Turkish delight is cut into small bites. Squares with a side of 5 or 7 centimeters are cut from the dough, the Turkish delight is placed in the middle and rolled into a cigar. The dough is baked in an oven heated to 200 degrees until pink. The cigars are sprinkled with powdered sugar.
