Step 1
In large bowl af baking mix. Shred cold butter into baking mix Cut butter into the mix
Add herbs of your choice and any other seasonings
Add eggs slightly beaten and buttermilk
(If you don't have butter milk use whole milk and a splash of vinegar or lemon juice, let sit for 5 mins before adding)
Incorporate until slightly combined Add zucchini and cheddar Fold until dough comes together
Drop biscuts on pan
400°F oven
Depending on size of biscuts may take 10-15 mins Cook until tops become golden brown
