Ingredients

1can pinto beans
drained and rinsed
1can black beans
drained and rinsed
1can red kidney beans
drained and rinsed
2cans rotel
original
tabasco
to taste
1 poundpotatoes
cut into bite sized pieces
1 poundsground beef
browned
1onion
chopped
can tomato paste

0.5 cartonTomato soup
two cans
shredded cheese
to taste
salt
pepper
minced garlic
Instructions
Step 1
Turn crockpot on to “high” setting (or low if you want it to take longer to cook).
Step 2
Brown ground beef and onion if not already cooked. Add to crockpot
Step 3
Add cans of beans (drained and rinsed) on top of meat in crockpot
Step 4
Add the two cans of rotel on top of beans and meat
Step 5
Chop up potatoes into bite sized pieces, microwave for a minute or two before adding to crockpot if you prefer them on the softer side.
Step 6
Pour in tomato paste and tomato soup, you can make it as wet as you want by adding more soup. Add a few shakes of Tabasco to taste. Add salt and pepper and at least one tablespoon of minced garlic
Step 7
Stir everything together and then put lid on crockpot. If cooking on high, cook for 5-7 hours and then add cheese in last twenty minutes. If cooking on low, cook for 8-10 hours and add cheese in last twenty minutes.
