1 ½ tspgarlic powder
4cans white beans
drained and rinsed
1can vegetable broth
1can green chilies
small, diced
1 tspsalt
1 tsporegano
1 tspcumin
½ tspblack pepper
⅛ tspcayenne
or more to taste
1 cupsour cream
½ cupheavy cream
or half and half
1 bagvegetarian chicken strips
or real chicken strips
Instructions
Step 1
Saute onion and garlic powder until soft
Step 2
Add beans, broth, chilies, and seasonings.
Step 3
Cook through until hot. About 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add sour cream and heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
Step 5
Heat chicken in microwave and cut into bite size pieces. Add to chili or to individual bowls.
