Instructions

Step 1
Whisk yogurt, soy milk, pancake syrup, and vanilla extract in a medium sized bowl.

Add Chia Seeds to the mixture, wait for 5 minutes and give it another mix to avoid seeds from sticking.
Step 3
Cover with plastic wrap or tupperware lid and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

Serve cold with fresh berries on top. ( add additional milk throughout week to bowl if too thick )
