This coffee creamer recipe is the best add-on to your coffee you could find! Here in the uk, store bought coffee creamer doesn't exist, and I have always been jealous of our US friends across the pond with their huge selection of coffee creamer, I decided to make my own!

Instructions

Step 1
Grab a medium sauce pan and add the milk, condensed milk, Biscoff spread and cinnamon, stir well. For a less sweet creamer, add and extra half cup of milk.

Cook on a medium heat until well combined, and slightly thickened. Leave to cool.

Step 3
Once cool, pour the creamer into a glass bottle, passing the mixture through a wire sieve to separate any lumps. Pour a small amount over your normal coffee, replacing any need for sugars and milks! Store in the fridge for up to a week.
