Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

2. Combine all cake ingredients together in a large bowl.

3. Pour into a cake tin and place into the oven.

4. Cook cake until cooked in the middle (20-30 minutes roughly).

5. Make icing by mixing icing sugar with dairy-free spread and add hot water until desired texture is achieved.

6. Make tea and add milk if desired.
