Smoked Sausage & Potatoes

It is an easy, delicious dish that prepares in minutes and hits the spot.
We used rainbow mini poratoes and green & red bell peppers in our dish.
Some have stated they add green beans as well to mix this up a little.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°.
Step 2
Grease a 9"x13" pan.
Step 3
In a large bowl toss the potatoes with the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, salt, & optional red pepper flakes.
Step 4
Add the sausage, onion, & bell peppers. Mix well.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and dot with the cubed butter.
Step 6
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Remove the foil and bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender?
Step 8
Remove and add sharp cheddar cheese if desired. Broil until melted & browned. This is an optional step.
