Instructions
Step 1
Wash chicken thighs thoroughly and pour boiling water over them to make the skin firm. Then, add a little cooking oil and marinate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Afterwards, steam the chicken for 20 minutes from when the water boils.
Step 3
After steaming, let the chicken cool and shred it.
Step 4
Add roasted peanuts, sesame, chili, herbs, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon chicken broth, mix well and it's done. Enjoy!
