4pork chops

3 Tbspfish sauce
1 Tbspdark soy sauce
2 Tbspsoy sauce
1 ½ Tbsphoney
1 ½ Tbspsugar
3 Tbsplemongrass
minced
2 Tbspgarlic
minced

1 Tbspoyster sauce
Dipping sauce (nuoc cham)

Instructions
The day before
Step 1
Prepare pork chops by lightly tenderising using the blunt end of a knife
Step 2
Cut slits into the the sides of the pork to prevent curling from cooking
Step 3
Add all marinade ingredients into a bowl and combine with pork, marinade overnight (yields the best results)
The next day
Step 4
Preheat air fryer to 200ºC for 5 mins
Step 5
Spray rack and put pork in, airfare at 200ºC for 9-12 mins (depending on thickness)
Step 6
Flip and cook for 3-6 mins, 200ºC until charred till liking
Step 7
To make the sauce: mix everything and chill in fridge until ready to use
Step 8
Enjoy over rice and with some veggies. Fried egg is non-negotiable.
