Instructions
Step 1
Add brown sugar, oyster sauce, ginger to a ziplock bag (1 gallon). Add pork belly, zip, marinate the pork in a fridge for about half-day.
Step 2
Pre-heat oven 375F. Cook about 40 minutes.
Step 3
Rest the pork for 15 minutes before slicing.
Step 4
Add mayo and sriracha sauce in a small bowl, and mix well.
Step 5
Toast French bread, put sriracha mayo on the bread. Add sliced pork, onion, and cilantro.
