1 tspdried parsley
or 2 tsp fresh parsley

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste

6 ozegg noodles
add near the end

Fresh parsley
chopped, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
1. Place the chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Step 2
2. Add carrots, celery, onion, garlic, bay leaves, parsley, bouillon, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
3. Pour in the broth. Give it a gentle stir.
Step 4
4. Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and the vegetables are soft.
Step 5
5. Take the chicken out, shred it with two forks, and return it to the pot.
Step 6
6. Stir in the egg noodles and cook on High for about 20–30 minutes, until noodles are done.
Step 7
7. Taste and adjust seasoning. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm
