Instructions
Step 1
Combine flour and salt.
Step 2
Place 1/2 cup oil in a 1 cup measuring cup and top with 6 TBS milk. DO NOT MIX! Pour oil and milk over flour and blend with fork until it forms a ball. Divide into 2 balls. Place one ball onto sheet of wax paper. Top with another sheet and roll out to fit pie plate. Repeat with remaining ball of dough.
