Zucchini Brownies - An unusual dessert with a rich chocolate flavor. Thanks to zucchini, the pastry turns out very juicy with an amazing texture. Plus, it's a great way to surprise your guests, as no one will ever guess that the main ingredient of the dessert is a vegetable.

Step 1
1. In a bowl, combine sugar, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil. Mix well until uniform.

2. Add sifted flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix again.

3. Grate the zucchini using a medium grater and add it to the bowl with dry ingredients, including any juice. Mix everything well and let the batter sit for 5 minutes. During this time, the zucchini will release more juice, making the batter more liquid.

4. Chop the dark chocolate into small cubes and add to the batter.

5. Pour the batter into a 9x13 inch (23x33 cm) baking pan greased with butter.

6. Bake the zucchini brownies in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-35 minutes. Check the brownies' doneness with a wooden toothpick: it should come out clean with a few moist crumbs attached.
