Instructions
TO FREEZE AND COOK LATER:
Step 1
Label your freezer bag with the name of the recipe, cooking instructions and "use-by" date (3 months from when you prepped the meal).
Step 2
Add all ingredients to your freezer bag.
Step 3
Remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze.
TO COOK IN CROCKPOT:
Step 4
Cook on "low" setting for 4-6 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
TO COOK IN INSTANT POT:
Step 5
Add frozen meal to Instant Pot and saute 5 minutes to release some liquid.
Step 6
Flip over.
Step 7
Pressure. cook 25 minutes.
Step 8
Natural release.
