Instructions

Step 1
Turn your pressure cooker to saute high. While that is warming up do all your prep work. Try to slice the steak perpendicular to the grain, or "against the grain". This will make the meat so it's not as tough. You can use fresh mushrooms and can add as many as you want.
Step 2
Once the pressure cooker is up to temp add some of the oil. In small batches and add oil as needed to the pot sear your slices of steak on both sides. It's OK if it's not cooked all the way through. Remove the last of the steak and set all the steak aside
Step 3
Add butter to the pot and melt. Add onions and sauté until almost soft about 2 minutes. Add garlic to the onions and mushrooms and sauté for another 2 minutes. Remove and set aside with the steak. Add the dried red wine to the pot and let it boil down to half the amount. Turn the pressure cooker off.
Step 4
Add all seasonings and broth to the pot stir to combine. Place egg noodles into the pot gently patting the noodles so they are covered by the broth do not stir them. Add steak, garlic, and onions evenly on top of the noodles.
Step 5
Put your lid on the pressure cooker and set it to manual pressure cook high for 5 minutes. With the keep warm function turned off let it naturally release for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Once done make a paste with the flour and a small amount of water and stir it into the pot. Add sour cream. Stir until well combined.
