Ingredients
6 servings
For Crab Rangoon Shots
0.5 PoundImitation Crab
1 blockcream cheese
1 bunchgreen onion
1 Tbspsesame oil
2 Tbspsoy sauce
1 TbspGarlic Powder
or umami seasoning
1 cupgrated mozzarella
For Ahi Tuna Filling
For Topping
Instructions
Step 1
1. In a bowl add chopped crab, cream cheese, green onions, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, shredded mozzarella and mix until well incorporated
Step 2
2. Add mixture to the silicone shot glass molds and in the freezer for 1 hour or until frozen
Step 3
3. Take out the Rangoon shots and dip in flour, egg wash, and panko
Step 4
4. Fry at 325 degrees until golden brown
Step 5
5. Chip Ahi Tuna into small bits, add Sriracha, mayo, sesame seeds, and green onions. Mix, and add to center of Crab Rangoon Shots.
Step 6
6. Garnish with sesame seeds, jalapeños, and a drizzle of yum yum sauce.
