Instructions

Step 1
Mix the flour, water, and salt, and knead into a smooth dough. It should be medium consistency — not too soft like a pogaca dough, and not too hard like a manti dough.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces, shape into balls, cover, and let them rest for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a pan, add the vegetable oil, and mix.
Step 4
Roll out each dough ball as thin as you can, spread with the butter mixture, and fold as shown in the video. Place on a tray, cover, and repeat with the remaining dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Starting with the first one you made, roll out each folded piece into a square shape. Cook in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Brush the cooked sides with a little oil.
