Instructions

Step 1
Cut 1 chicken breast into 3 strips
Step 2
Blend Pork Crackling
Step 3
In a bowl Mix the pork crumbs with the Parmesan cheese
Step 4
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg & heavy cream
Step 5
Coat the chicken pieces in the egg mixture then into the crumb mixture until fully covered
Step 6
Place on a baking sheet
Step 7
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven set to 395 degrees
