3cans Great Northern beans
rinsed and drained
½ cupvegetable broth
olive oil
garlic cloves
minced
fresh rosemary
snipped
⅛ tsplemon pepper

Instructions
Step 1
In slow cooker, combine beans, broth, oil, garlic, rosemary, and lemon pepper seasoning.
Step 2
On High, cook beans for 2 hours.

Step 3
After 2 hours, mash beans to a paste, leaving some whole beans
Step 4
Continue cooking beans for at least another 2 hours.

Transfer bean spread to a serving bowl and serve warm or at room temperature with vegetables.
